I was referred to Ashcroft Mailing when I found out about Mailmark and the amount that can be saved by using this system. I contacted a colleague who had recently had one installed and who was really happy with the experience she had had with Ashcroft. I decided to look into the Company further to see whether it would benefit the Yorkshire region with regards to savings etc. The gentleman I spoke to was so very helpful and was able to give a personal service throughout as it is not a large company of faceless departments and call centres like Neopost, with whom I was in a contract.
Ashcroft delivered the new machine, ‘took on’ and paid the remainder of the contract with Neopost, and connected the system with no upset to the system or need to get IT involved at all. The 2 charges that Neopost make annually for insurance against price increase, were found to be totally unnecessary and therefore to start with there was a saving of over £393.56 without the cheaper mailing price via Mailmark. A representative came and showed all involved how to use the new system.
I am able to have the Redrow logo on the franked mail together with our chosen charity logo. If this is inappropriate for certain letters, there is an option to have no marking other than date and Mailmark to ensure anonymity.
Prepaid envelopes can be printed on the machine and the ink cartridges are just over half the price of Neopost ink cartridges.
My contact George is so very helpful and if there is any problem whatsoever, he is at the end of the phone to sort it or answer a query.
Do I need to say more? I don’t think so – I would recommend Ashcroft Mailing to any business mail user!
