Ashcroft Mailing Solutions pride themselves on an after care and break down service ‘second to none’, Ashcroft have invested heavily in time and man power in order to give a bespoke maintenance service. A large amount of our franking machine issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently over the phone with one of our highly trained service engineers. If needed a site visit and repair will be carried out normally on the same day (99% same day).

Installation of the new franking machine

Ashcroft Mailing Solutions will arrange delivery of your franking machine at a convenient time and the equipment will be installed by our trained installation team. This process will ensure that all equipment is operational on the day of delivery. Our trained installation team will ensure the customer is happy and using the franking system to its full potential and using correct postal savings.

Service Engineers

In the event that a fault may not be rectified over the phone, a specialist service engineer will visit your site to identify the problems and repair the equipment.

Planned & Preventative Maintenance

Ashcroft Mailing Solutions operates a planned maintenance procedure, annual meter recording. We believe in being proactive instead of reactive. By making routine service calls the operating life of the equipment and machine breakdowns are reduced to a minimum, this ultimately leads to greater machine reliability and customer satisfaction.
