Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers, therefore in light of the ongoing situation with the outbreak of Covid19 we wanted to assure you that Ashcroft have a structure in place to deal with the following queries : Adding postage, Logo / Postal Rate downloads, breakdowns on your franking system, new placements and any queries you may have.
In the unlikely event your machine encounters a fault we will at first try and resolve this over the telephone. If this is not possible, we will arrange for the collection of your franking machine so it can be repaired offsite and returned to you.
